Whenever we go to our local Home Plus, we find these traffic markers in front of each of the handicap parking spots. I can't imagine having to get out of my car to move the cone before I pull into a parking spot especially if I'm handicapped. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Just Doesn't Make Sense To Me
Whenever we go to our local Home Plus, we find these traffic markers in front of each of the handicap parking spots. I can't imagine having to get out of my car to move the cone before I pull into a parking spot especially if I'm handicapped. It just doesn't make sense to me.

That is weird. Maybe they have to have the spaces but they don't expect anyone to use them.
I think they are trying to prevent non-disabled people from taking the places - while assuming that a disabled person wouldn't be alone in their car, so that their travel partner(s) could move it for them.
Or they just don't expect disabled people to shop.
Says a lot, doesn't it?
